HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. – A family was asking the public for help on Monday after a 75-year-old woman who has a history of dementia didn't come home on Sunday night in Hallandale Beach. Ruby Hines vanished from Hallandale Beach while driving a gray 2018 Rogue Sport with Florida tag NAJA49, according to relatives. She was last seen wearing a blue and white striped tank top and salmon pants. The family is asking anyone with information about Hines's whereabouts to call 954-548-8212 or the Hallandale Police Department at 954-457-1400.
